Opening days

Consular services are rendered on every week days, i.e., Monday to Friday. This excludes weekends and also the announced annual holidays by the High Commission.

Notes

Fees, once received, cannot be refunded, even if the application is withdrawn or the requested service cannot be rendered.

The High Commission may get in touch with applicants in case where the applications are incomplete, the fees sent are not adequate or not paid as prescribed or where there are other additional requirements.

For telephone queries, the service seeker must provide his name, full contact address (including cell phone number) and a short purpose of his call. Even it is not explicitly said, it will be assumed that caller agrees to the fact that calls may be recorded by the High Commission for quality control and other purposes.
